Adrian Lashawn Rice, was born on July 7, 1973 in Huntsville, Alabama to the union of John and Darlene Rice and departed this life at home on March 23, 2016.
He graduated from J.O. Johnson High School in 1993. Adrian had a passion for painting. At the time of his death, he was employed with Wilson's Food Center.
Adrian was united in Holy Matrimony to Wynella Shelby on October 3, 2003.
Adrian leaves to mourn his loving wife: Wynella Rice, Florence, Alabama; four children: Sheree Shelby, Willie Shelby, Tiffani Shelby, and Rochelle (Sheldon) Neal, all of Florence, Alabama, his mother: Darlene Rice, Florence, Alabama, his father: John Rice, Huntsville, Alabama; grandmother: Lorine Wade; brother: Roderick Rice (Shaivonne) Madison, Alabama, sisters: Latoshka Hudson, Duluth, Georgia and Priscilla Jenkins, Huntsville, Alabama, aunt: Penelope Kelly, uncle: Michael Wade, brothers-in-law, Ronnie (Jamia) Shelby, Huntsville, Alabama, Nick (April) Shelby, Florence, Alabama, and Billy Joe Shelby, Florence, Alabmama, sisters-in-law: Wanda (Jessie) Shanes, and Foleasha (Ricky) Casey; sixteen grandchildren. A host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
