Mr. Carlton Alexander Armstead, (Uncle Dunk) was born on November 15, 1968 to Alex and Betty Armstead. Carlton gained his two wings Monday, September 30, 2014, at 12:07a.m; at Eliza Coffee Memorial Hospital. He accepted Christ at the age of 9, at Good Hope M.B. Church. He later joined Trinity M.B. Church where he was active until his unexpected death. He was most known for having a fond love for photography and technology. He was employeed by the Hon Company for 23 years, and part owner of Armstead Photograpy. He leaves to cherish his memories: His loving parents Alex & Betty Armstead of Florence, AL; (Four) sisters; Sandra and Bridgett Armstead, both of Florence, AL; Leanna Thompson, of Coventry, RI; Deanna Thompson, of Fall River, MA; (Two) Brothers: Edward Armstead (Elisha), of St. Florian, AL; Donald Boddie (Gerri) of Atlanta, GA. A loving and special nephew and nieces Reginald, Bre, and Paisley Armstead. A very special dedicated and devoted friend until the end Yolanda Barnett, and Dashona Murphy. (Three) Step Daughters Trevia Bell (Donnie), of Muscle Shoals, AL; Tonya Echols, of Florence, AL; Tarria Horsley (Nick), of Normal, IL; (One) Step-Son: Frank Echols, of Tuscumbia, AL; ; (Five) Grandchildren; (Nineteen) Aunts; (Twelve) Uncles; (One) Great Uncle; and (Three) Great Aunts. .
