Daniel Terance Barnett "B-Boat" of Florence,

Alabama, was born April 21, 1967.

Mr. Barnett confessed his life to Christ at an early

age at Springhill Missionary Baptist Church, where

he was a devoted usher and faithful member to his

church family.

Brother Barnett was employed by ABCO for many

years, until he became ill. He was a true family

man. He loved his family dearly! He enjoyed playing

cards, and fishing, and he was a jack-of-all-trades

(carpentry, masonry, and master chef).

He and Bridget Barnett were joined in Holy

Matrimony on June 30, 2000.

Mr. Barnett departed life Tuesday evening, July 9,

2019. He is preceded in death by: his beloved sister,

Jacqueline Neal, and father, Dan Neal.

He leaves to cherish his memories: his wife, Bridget

Barnett; mother, Annie Barnett; daughters, Kendra

and Adrienne Perkins; son, Demetric Abernathy;

stepson, Jonathan (Shannon) Perkins; eight grandkids;

sisters, Kathy Barnett, Jennifer (Velvious) Goodloe,

and Ellanor Carter; brothers, Frederick (Jacqueline)

Barnett, Jeffrey Barnett; beloved aunts, Mrs. Minnie

Mae Thompson and Mrs. Willie Mae Barnett; uncles,

Thomas (Edith) Barnett, Jr., Mr. Larry Barnett, and

David Barnett; and a host of nieces, nephews, other

relatives and friends.
