Ms. Ella Beatrice Bonds was born March 12, 1938 in Tuscumbia, Alabama to the late Presley and Mary Betts.  She departed this life Friday December 25, 2015 at Helen Keller Hospital.

Ella attended Trenholm High School graduating in 1957.  She worked at Eliza Coffee Memorial Hospital and Southland Restaurant retiring after 35 years of service.

She accepted Christ at an early age and joined the Mt. Moriah Missionary  Baptist Church in Barton.  She later united with First Baptist Church in Tuscumbia.

She leaves to cherish her loving memory: Son: Deshawn Betts, Four Sisters: Betty(Mervin)Foster, Lexington, Kentucky; Patricia Betts, Florence, Alabama; Gloria Dean(Nathaniel)Pride, Sheffield, Alabama; Mildred Betts, Oceanside, California; Two Brothers: Charles Ray(Easter)Betts, Florence, Alabama; Eddie Betts, Adamsville, Alabama; one aunt: Hattie Carroll, Tuscumbia, Alabama; Three grandchildren: Caitlin Re'nee Trasher, Maliya Dainella Betts and Shawn Preslee Betts. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A beautiful memory of one so dear. We cherish still with love sincere till memory fades and life departs.  She will live forever in our hearts.
