E. P. Hamilton was born on September 18, 1934, to the late Paul
Hamilton and Kizah Harris Hamilton Crutch. With his family by his
side on January 22, 2022, the Lord called E. P. home.

E. P. confessed Christ and was baptized at the Mount Olive Missionary
Baptist Church under Pastor Roger Pride.

He attended Reedtown High School. He was married to Carolyn Guin
Hamilton for 40 years. He retired from Tee Jay's Manufacturing.

E. P. was preceded in death by his wife, Carolyn Hamilton; son,
Tommie Rhodes; stepson, Jarvis Guin; and brother, Paul Hamilton.
He leaves to cherish his memories: his children, Tommy (Linda),
Vickey Sargent (James), Evelyn Pearl Hamilton (George), and Tracey
McClam (Charles); grandchildren, Oun'Janice, Lakeshia, Kevin,
Sarah, Tamika, Demarcus, Curtis, Tommy, Torey, Olivia, Nicole,
Marcus, Monica, and Derrence; a host of great-grandchildren and
great-great-grandchildren; three sisters-in-law, Julya Guins Clark,
Bessie Lovelace, and Edna Hamilton; along with a host of cousins,
nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
