Fannie Mae Hicks was born December 14, 1925 to the late Suzy Mason Horton and the late Lewis Rattle in Limestone County.  She passed away December 4, 2018.

Fannie Mae Hicks was affectionately  known as Ma Fannie.  She was  married to the late John "Bud" Hicks for over 60 years.  She was preceded in death by her son, Walter Hicks, sister, Willie Hicks and brother, Lonnie Mason.

Ma Fannie leaves to cherish her memories:  Her Children:  Susie Malone, Johnnie Mae Hicks, Shelia Malone, Helen (Charles) Forbes and Frank (Shelia) Derrick.

Brother-in-law: Floyd Wilson

Sister-in-law:  Rora Malone

Her grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces and nephews will all carry their special memories of her in their hearts.

Ma Fannie enjoyed family time.  She loved cooking and feeding the community with her Sunday dinners. She will always be known for her compassion and beautiful smile.
