Jackie Necole King, 38, of Madison, Alabama, departed this life on Thursday, September 3, 2020, at Huntsville Hospital.
Ms. King's spiritual sunrise in Christ was in July of 1989. She
was baptized and became a member of Mount New Home
Missionary Baptist Church, Leighton, Alabama. Ms. King
attended Emmanuel Christian Center, Leighton, Alabama,
before her death, under the leadership of Bishop Lonnie Freeman.
Ms. King was a graduate of Colbert County High School,
Leighton, Alabama. She received a Bachelor's Degree in
Acquisitions and Logistic Management from Athens State
University, Athens, Alabama, in December of 2020. Ms. King was
a candidate to receive a Master's in Global Logistics and Supple
Chain Management. She was employed as a Negotiator-Contract
Manager with Argos USA Building Materials, Alpharetta,
Georgia. Of all Jackie's accomplishments in education and
careers, she was most proud to be called Mom, Daughter, and
Sister. She loved her family with all her heart.
She was preceded in death by her grandmothers, Ms. Jennie
Harden and Mrs. Edna Mead, and grandfather, Mr. William
Mead.
She leaves to cherish her memories: her parents, Mr. Jackie O.
King of She eld, Alabama and Mr. and Mrs. Trome and Yvonne
Young of Leighton, Alabama; one daughter, Chloe DeMee King
of Madison, Alabama; one sister, Jasmine D. King of Madison,
Alabama; two devoted cousins/best friends, Sharon Young of
Nashville, Tennessee and Charkisha Harden-Taylor of Louisville,
Kentucky; one godchild, Mackson Neloms; and many beloved
aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
