Jessie Lee Pride was born April 12, 1949, to Gussie
Lee Williams and Coy Yarbrough. She was preceded in death by
both parents. Mrs. Pride went home to be with the Lord, Monday,
August 17, 2020, at North Alabama Medical Center.
Mrs. Pride confessed hope in Christ at an early age. She was a
member of Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church until she moved her
membership to Tabernacle Missionary Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by: her husband, Robert Alfred Pride;
her son, Tracy Eugene Pride; grandson, LaPaslee Pride; siblings,
James (Bug) Young, Susie "Red" Pointer, Donald "Don" Maxwell,
Linda "Badydoll"Maxwell, and Gwendolyn Williams.
She leaves to cherish her precious memories: three sons, Mr. Larry
Frank Yarbrough, Mr. Robert Albert Pride, Jr. (Renee), and Mr.
Michael Tyrone Pride; three brothers, Rev. Willie Nelson Williams
(Lida), Otis Gene Williams, and Robert James Williams (Cheryl);
one sister, Willie Mae Russell; and an abundance of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
