Mr. Johnny Coleman Dixon, Jr. was born July 1, 1962, to the late Johnny and Peggy Dixon. Johnny confessed hope in Christ at an early age at Mt. Moriah Primitive Baptist Church in Florence, AL. He graduated from Bradshaw High School and completed his post education at Muscle Shoals Tech where he received a degree in Electronic Technology. Johnny retired after thirty-eight years from working at Fiat Chrysler Automotive.

Johnny C. Dixon Jr. departed this life on Wednesday, December 1, 2021. Johnny was preceded in death by sisters Emily Peters, and Linda Dixon.

Johnny leaves to cherish his memory a loving and devoted wife, Annie, to whom he was married for 36 years, two daughters: Shondra and Jothan; and one son: Joshua; five sisters: Jackie Carroll (Florence, AL), Marion Jordan (Franklin, IN), Donna Woods, Joan Jackson, and Margaret Dixon (all of Florence, AL); an adopted sister, Nikki (Wayne) Reeder (Chattanooga, TN); sisters in law: Wanda (James) McCaney (Killen, AL), Janet (Ulysses) Burt (Muscle Shoals, AL), Yvonne Alfred (Tuscumbia, AL), Joyce (Jeff) Fant (Madison, AL), Eleanor Freeman (Muscle Shoals, AL); and one brother in law: Donnie (Victoria) Freeman (Nashville, TN); special friends: Kenneth Jordan, and Jerry Thompson. Johnny has a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
