Kenneth Wayne Nunery was born on September 10, 1951. He was the third son born to Elijah Mayo and Altha Pearl
Nunery.

Kenneth departed this life on Friday, March 19, 2021, after a fall.

He was preceded in death by his mother, father, and four brothers: Major Elwood Nunery, Terry Leonard Nunery, Dwight Eugene Nunery, and Terry Moore.
Kenneth attended Sheffield City Schools and also Hope Haven in Tuscumbia. He was considered a great handyman who did minimum jobs throughout the community.

Kenneth was known and loved throughout the community by most with whom he came in contact with. He leaves to cherish his memories: sisters, Lavelade Shelaine Ford, Barbara Moore, Evonne Moore, Rosie Lee Calvan Hogan, and Darlene Patterson, all of Sheffield, Alabama, Kathy Fobbs of Tuscumbia, Alabama; brothers, Larry O'Neal Nunery of Decatur, Alabama, Harold Nunery of Sheffield, Alabama, and Bobby (Terri) Moore of Muscle Shoals, Alabama; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
