Mr. Lamond Wilbert Cole was born March 9, 1974, in Florence, Alabama to Patricia A. Cole and the late Willie T. "Rat" Cole. He transitioned to his heavenly home on Saturday, November 30, 2024.

He was preceded in death by his father Willie T. "Rat" Cole, his sister Patricia Diana Cole, and maternal and paternal grandparents.

Lamond accepted Christ at an early age, laying the foundation for a life guided by faith, love, and kindness. His unwavering devotion to his family was evident in the unconditional love he shared with each of them. He cherished every moment spent with his loved ones, always prioritizing their happiness and well-being. He had an extraordinary zest for life and embraced it with open arms, finding joy in even the simplest moments. Lamond was known for his infectious laughter and his ability to light up any room he entered. His sense of humor and positive outlook were a gift to everyone who knew him, reminding us all to live life to the fullest and find happiness in every day. His faith, love for his family, and joyful spirit left an everlasting impact, and he will forever be remembered as a man who lived with purpose, warmth, and a heart full of love.

He leaves memories to be cherished by one daughter: Kearra "KeKe" Shaw of Huntsville, Alabama; one sister: Vickie Byrd of Florence, Alabama; four brothers: Torron Cole Sr., Billy Cole, William Cole(Bridgette) all of Florence, Alabama, and Clint Cole Sr. (Georgia) of Temple, Texas  three nieces: Victoria Byrd(Trell) of Muscle Shoals, Alabama; Shanessa Littleton(Kareem) of Florence Alabama; Matoria Byrd of Tuscaloosa, Alabama; ten nephews: Marcus Byrd (Kmia) of Pelham, Alabama, Jason Cole, Michael Cole, Terrance Cole, William Littleton, Scott Cole all of Florence, Alabama; Torron Cole Jr. of Tuscumbia, Alabama; Tyler Cole, Clint Cole Jr. and Isaac Cole of Temple, Texas; fifteen great nieces: Shantel Fagan, Bri'Erica Williams, La'Kayla Williams, Heavenly-Divine Littleton, Legacy Williams, Miracle Rowell, Kashariea Whitson, Kanyla Whitson, Eva Jones-Cole, Rose Cole all of Florence, Alabama, Hazel Cole of Tuscumbia, Alabama, McKenzi Byrd of Pelham, Alabama, Keyara Watkins of Tuscaloosa, Alabama, Genesys Cole of Temple Texas ; eleven great nephews; Davion Butler, Marcio Byrd, Emon Jones-Cole, Elijah Cole, Brittan Littleton, August Littleton, and Kingston Whitson all of Florence, Alabama, Jaxson Rainey and Karter Rainey of Tuscaloosa, Alabama, Hayden Littleton of Hamilton, Alabama, Talmai Cole of Temple, Texas; eight aunts, seven uncles and a host of other relatives and friends.

Mr. Lamond Wilbert Cole was a proud Master Mason and a dedicated member of Carrollton Lodge #57, located in Carrollton, Georgia. His commitment to the values of Prince Hall Affiliated Masonry—brotherly love, relief, and truth—was evident in all aspects of his life, and he cherished the fellowship and principles of the organization.
