Ms. Lorene Elnora Farris is the daughter of the late Mr.

George Farris, Sr., and the late Mrs. Laura Ellen Farris, was born

on November 5, 1938, in Lauderdale County, Alabama. She

completed her mission here on Earth Friday, March 29, 2019, at

North Alabama Medical Center in Florence, Alabama.

She was preceded in death by seven brothers: George Farris,

Jr., Anderson Jessie Farris, Hoover Farris, Henry Lee Farris,

Lawrence Farris, Robert Earl Farris, and James Allen Farris, and

one son-in-law, Michael Ray Duster.

At an early age, she accepted Christ as her Savior and joined the

Rock Primitive Baptist Church in Florence.

Her loving memories will be cherished by: one son: William

Farris; and three daughters: Glenda Farris, Gladys Duster, and

Laura (Celvon) ? irlkill, all of Florence; ? ve grandchildren:

James Allen Duster, Jennifer Duster, Alex Duster, Keith Duster,

and Shara ? irlkill, all of Florence; four great-grandchildren;

two brothers: Walter Farris and Arthur Lewis (Louise) Farris,

both of Florence; four sisters: Vera (Joe) Allen, Ruby Farris,

Laura Farris, and Brenda Farris, all of Florence; and a host of

nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
