Martha (Memo) quietly departed this life on Saturday, August 25, 2018, at her home. She was born June 19, 1932, to the late Hezekiah Fuqua and Mary Lucy Ingram in Rogersville, Alabama.

Martha was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Moore; one son, Robert Moore, Jr.; two brothers, Kelso King and John Fuqua; and two sisters, Mary Koger and Gertha Koger.

Martha was faithful and loyal church attendee until her health failed. She retired from Mitchell Hollingworth and was a volunteer foster grandmother at Handy School.

Her love and joy for spending time with her children, grandchildren and family cannot be surpassed.

Martha leaves to cherish her memory, one son, Lovell Moore; five daughters, Leemarquette (Winston) Thompson, Easter (Charles Ray) Betts, Sheree (Carzee) Wilcox, Chiquita (James, Jr.) Rowlett and Frances (Nathaniel) Gadd; ten grandchildren, Akevia (Baron) Kindle, Ageisha Skipworth, Doc (Chinina) Thompson, Starris (Robert) Smith, Thaddeaus Betts, Jeremy (Mickesha) Calloway, Shakira Gadd, James Rowlett, III, Shaiya Rowlett and Jaydyn Gadd; six great-grandchildren, A'aliyah and Ta'shawn Betts, Jakari Smith, Kyleigh Calloway, Cameron Johnson, and Jakari Smith; special niece, "Biggum"; special friends, Hattie Asher, Richard Payne, Pearl Brown, Rosa Nails, Beth Clark; and a host of other relatives, nieces, nephews and cousins.
