Milton Cook, Jr.'s Obituary
Mr. Milton Cook Jr., "COOK" was born January 28, 1953 to the parentage of the late Milton and Pauline Lockridge Cook in Colbert County. Milton accepted Christ at an early age and joined St. James MB Church in 1961. Milton departed this life on Saturday, April 16, 2016 after a extended illness at his home. He was employed with Norfolk Southern Railroad where he retired.
Milton was preceded in death by his parents and grand-parents Sam & Lena Cook; Paul & Mandy Lockridge. His late wife Grace Cook and step-son Gerald Hooks; several aunts, uncles, sisters-in-law and brother-in-law along with relatives and close friends.
He leaves to cherish his memory a brother Paul(Joyce) Cook, sister Willie Jean (Earl) Johnson of Florence; a niece Kimberly S. Cook from Birmingham and a very special young lady that called him "Dad-Da" Madison Tolbert who he truly cherished.
Extended Family: George B. Hook, Gregory R. Hooks, Jeanette C. Cook, Ebony Clay, Trey Clay, 11 Grandchildren, 7 Great- Grandchildren.
