Obituary

Reginald Frank Johnson was born July 21, 1964 to the late Lanie Mae Thompson
Johnson and William "Bill" Johnson. Reginald departed this life on Wednesday,
January 10, 2024, at North Alabama Medical Center, Florence, Alabama.
He confessed hope in Christ at an early age and was baptized at Smithsonia Church
of Christ where he was a faithful member throughout the years.

He was a 1982 graduate of Central High School and a 1988 graduate of the
University of North Alabama.

Reggie loved watching football, basketball, racecar, and motorcycle racing as
well as some cooking shows. Reggie was known by his family for his pecan and
praline pies. He also enjoyed going to the local tractor pull with his brothers and
gardening. Reggie enjoyed spending time with his family and being in the shop
where many many jokes were told and reminiscing about the past. Reggie didn't
forget a thing and remembered everything.

Reggie was previously employed by the ABC Board and worked at Reynolds
Metals/Wise Constellium prior to his passing.

Reggie did not meet a stranger. He had a heart of gold. He will be deeply missed by
all who knew and loved him.
