Rozine Augusta G erman y was born January 5, 1944, in Cleveland, Ohio. She was born to the union of Nathaniel Kincaid and Rozine McKesson-Kincaid.

Rozine was a dedicated mother but a strict disciplinarian to her only son, Jerone S. Germany, Jr., whom she raised alone.

Over the years, Rozine developed a love for various music and crocheting. She truly enjoyed spending time in the company of family and friends.

She started her career at Highland View Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio. She later transferred to MetroHealth Hospital, where she retired after many years.

Although Rozine had been ill for a few years and in and out of nursing facilities, she remained trendy, witty, and above all, a loving mother, sister, and close friend until her demise on September 6, 2019.

She was preceded in death by both parents and one sister, Rosalind A. Kincaid.

Rozine (Flukie) leaves several loved ones to cherish her memories: her only son, Jerone S. Germany, Jr. (Christy Davis); a loving grandchild, Jasmine Germany; five siblings, Regina Cromartie of Euclid, Ohio, Rupert Kincaid of Charlotte, North Carolina, Rita Kincaid of Durham, North Carolina, Ronda Kincaid of East Cleveland, Ohio, and Raynard Kincaid of Zabulon, North Carolina; three nieces, Devona Cromartie-Kobb (Josh), Ariel Cromartie, and Jarita Jefferson; nephew, Foster Kincaid; dedicated friends, Katie Davis, Josephine Metcalf, Larry and Ann Gunn, and Admiral Kilpatrick; special loving memories of friendship, laughter, and dedicated care in the friendship of, Arthur and Shirley Carroll, Reverend Trevor and Tia Crenshaw, and Mary Windgard; and a host of relatives and friends
