Thomas Amos Barnett, Jr., was born April 14, 1941.

He served as an usher at Springhill M.B. Church and sang with the
Male Choir until his health failed him.

He was a faithful employee for over 30 years at the Florence Clinic.
He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Barnett, Sr.; his
mother, Olivia Barnett; and his brothers, Jesse James Barnett,
Bobby Barnett, and Jimmy Barnett.

He leaves the following to cherish his memories: a loving, devoted
and God-fearing wife of 55 years, Edith Barnett of Florence,
Alabama; four daughters, Cheryl Barnett, Samantha (Derek)
Barnett, Moronda (Earl) Beckwith, and Ramona Barnett, all of
Florence, Alabama; three sons, Adam (Stacey) Barnett and Stacy
Barnett, both of Florence, Alabama, and Timothy (Renee) Barnett
of Florida; 22 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; four sisters,
Annie Barnett, Etta Marie (Stanley) Ingram, Fanny Lee (Samuel)
Herford, and Martha (Marshall) Vaughn; five brothers, Jesse James
(Melinda) Barnett, Larry Barnett, Jimmy Barnett, Bobby Barnett,
and David Barnett; and a host of other relatives and friends.
